Hey I’m Jose but most people know me as Zunu (no cool story, just a nickname). Though I’m a newer broker I’ve been in the mortgage world for years. Prior to being licensed as a Loan Officer I spent a years on the creative side of businesses on the Marketing side of the house both in the Mortgage and Tech Startup worlds. From that experience I’ve gained a love for technology, creativity and just getting the job done by putting in the work. The grind of building something new from the ground up has led me to become a jack-of-all-trades, little bit here, little bit there.

I love craftsmanship, design and grit. I respect enthusiasm, innovation and those willing to take a risk. I enjoy working with my hands and seeing the results of the effort put into a project, you’ll often find me tinkering with or building something. From restoring a motorcycle or car, refurbishing a vintage watch, redesigning a website or brand (to what I think is more modern) or shooting a random video project that came to mind late at night. If I’m not doing those things or at the office you’ll likely find me in the mountains with my kids.
