Hi there! I'm Keiristen Patterson, but you can call me KP!

I love educating people about the process of buying a home and the importance of building financial wealth through home ownership.

At one time I had a horrible experience with a loan officer when I myself was trying to purchase and it intrigued me to find out more about the industry. In doing so I found that there are endless ways to provide someone with an amazing mortgage experience.

I decided I wanted to be able to provide what my loan officer couldn't so that others who are looking to purchase a home get to work with someone who has their best interest in mind and is someone they can trust to get the job done well.

I value the relationships I have and continue to build with each of my clients. I put high priority on being transparent throughout the loan process to ensure you feel confident every step of the way.

In my free time I am a rock climber, hiker, and all-around outdoor enthusiast. I also love finding new recipes to cook for my family and friends. And of course, spending time with my son is my favorite thing of all!
