Hi there I’m Leandro Ramos! I joined the mortgage industry at beginning of 2017 and began my journey with Houzd Mortgage in September of 2019.

Previously to being a loan officer I owned a catering business while also working as a private chef. My business coach at the time told me to find a steady 9-5 job, so I could focus on bringing the greatest return to my life.

When I first began in the cooking industry, I had zero background and had to learn from the bottom up. The first restaurant I worked for I got thrown onto the line with no guidance and was lost… but 6 months down the road I looked back surprised that I ever found the job hard. I had a similar experience when I started bringing in deals and closing loans with little to no guidance.

These days I pride myself on my ability to effectively communicate how the mortgage process works and why it works the way that it does; making sure you feel confident in your homebuying process! 

A mortgage is a big deal, and you shouldn't feel that you have to conform to limited options. Being a broker gives me the flexibility to offer something of significant value and providing you many options to choose from when it comes to purchasing real estate.
